A Precious Source of Power
At Lestallum Noctis and friends meet with Holly, she inform that the power plant is important to people’s live but apparently some monster lurking inside the power plant. Noctis then offering help to eliminate the monsters. It will be a solo battle since there is only one thermal suit available. After finishing all the monsters inside the power plant, Cid will call Noctis telling that the boat has been repaired and ready to depart.

Back at Cape Caem, Noctis find Umbra delivering another message from Lunafreya
Lunafreya:
“Waiting for you in Altisia”
Noctis will then reply the message by Umbra.
At Cape Caem, Noctis and friends reunited with Cid, Cor and Talcott. Cor apologize to Noctis for not being strong enough to protect King Regis. Cid will then remind Noctis that Gladiolus, Ignis and Prompto were not just his bodyguards but friends for life as they will need to take care each other on journey ahead. Cor also inform that he will stay at Duscae until Noctis returns. He promised to be by Noctis side when the time comes for Noctis to reclaim the throne. Iris also says goodbye to Noctis and Gladiolus and hoping for the best.
The scene ends with Noctis and friends aboard the boat departing to Altisia…
Editor’s Note
This chapter is the closing chapter of the first open-world part of the game and get into the linear part of the story. Since Gladio never left the party, the battle inside the power plant will be a solo mission for Noctis to do. Nothing really special at this chapter, just a time killer for the boat to be finally repaired. If there is a note on to how improve the story and maximizing the character building, it would be best to add side quests related to Monica and the other guy who stand beside Ignis in the photo taken before leaving for Altisia. I didn't even know his name, what is he doing and why is he in the picture taken above?! (creepy guy...)

In my version, The Regalia, didn't follow Noctis and friends to Altisia. It stays at Cape Caem in the hands of Cor, Iris, Talcott and others who stays at Duscae.
